valentine's day is always a happy day! jared gave me beautiful flowers and a barnes and noble gift card to help crave my need for attention and divert it into a book (apparently it's difficult to take 21 credits, apply for jobs, and entertain your attention deprived wife) and i got jared a cast iron skillet that he has been wanting for . . . i don't know, 4 years? :)
